Refund Policy

At Annabel NYC, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we're here to help. Please read our refund and return policy carefully.

1. Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • All original tags must be attached.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.
Non-returnable items:
  • Gift cards
  • Sale or final sale items
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Intimates, swimwear, or earrings (for hygiene reasons)
If your item falls into a non-returnable category, it is not eligible for refund or exchange.

2. How to Initiate a Return

Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions for sending the item back. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to be processed and appear in your account.
If the return is not approved (e.g., worn or damaged items), it will be returned to you, and no refund will be issued.

4. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  • 1. Double-check your bank account.
  • 2. Contact your credit card company—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • 3. Contact your bank—there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size, color, or item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

We take pride in the quality of our products. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at info@annabelnyc.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We’ll make it right.

7. Return Shipping Address

You will be provided with the return shipping address after your return is approved. Please do not send your item back without receiving prior authorization.
