Stuffed Ham with Raisin Sauce

- 1 (6 pound) boneless fully cooked ham
- 1 large onion, chopped 1/4 cup butter, cubed
- 2 cups corn bread stuffing mix 1 1/2 cups chopped pecans, toasted
- 1/2 cup minced fresh parsley 1/4 cup egg substitute
- 2 tablespoons prepared mustard 1/2 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons orange juice concentrate
- raisin sauce:
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour 1/2 teaspoon ground mustard 1/2 cup raisins
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1/4 cup cider vinegar
