Spaghetti Ham Toss
A quick pasta dish that tosses cooked spaghetti with ham, veggies, and light sauce — great for using leftovers in a fresh way.
Ingredients
- 1 (16 ounce) package spaghetti 4 cups cubed fully cooked ham 1/2 pound fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 1 medium green pepper, chopped 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 (7.25 ounce) jars roasted sweet red peppers, drained
- 1 (2.25 ounce) can sliced ripe olives, drained
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon dried basil 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 2 cups shredded parmesan cheese
