Ingredients
- 8 ounces bulk spicy breakfast sausage
- 1 (2 pound) boneless pork loin roast
- dry pork rub, as needed
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 2 medium jalapeño chile peppers, seeded and diced
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped pimentos
