Mango & Avocado Salad
In this mango-avocado salad, the sweet, bright mango works beautifully with the creamy, rich avocado. There is just a touch of heat from the chile-lime seasoning; if you want to kick it up a notch, add a thinly sliced habanero to the mix.
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons chopped shallot
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 1 tablespoon grapeseed oil
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 teaspoons chile-lime seasoning, such as tajín
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 2 large mangos, thinly sliced
- 2 large ripe avocados, thinly sliced
- 1 habanero chile, thinly sliced (optional)
- chopped fresh cilantro for serving
