Lemon Shrimp & Orzo Salad

  • zest & juice of 1 lemon
  • ¼ cup finely chopped dill, plus more for garnish
  • 1 tablespoon minced shallot
  • 2 teaspoons dijon mustard
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon ground pepper
