Hominy Beef Bake
A Tex-Mex inspired casserole combining beef, hominy, cheese, and spices. Unique, hearty, and full of Southwestern flair.
Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 (15.5 ounce) can hominy, drained
- 1 (15 ounce) can chili with beans 1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce 1/2 cup water
- 3 teaspoons chili powder salt and pepper to taste
- 1 (10.5 ounce) bag corn chips, crushed
