Granola Cups

These granola cups are a great grab-and-go breakfast option. You can tailor them to suit your own tastes—flavor them with the spices you prefer, swap out almonds for another nut, and use any kind of yogurt or fruit that you enjoy. For best results, wait until just before serving to fill them with yogurt.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cup pure maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt, or to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 2 cups old fashioned oats
  • 1/2 cup sliced almonds
  • 1/2 cup sweetened flaked coconut
  • 2 tablespoons flax meal
  • nonstick baking spray with flour (such as baker's joy®)
  • 1 cup plain whole milk greek yogurt, or as needed
  • 1 cup fresh berries, or as needed
