Curry Chicken Potpie
Here, the crust goes on the top instead of the bottom, inverting the classic chicken potpie recipe, so be sure to get the one that comes as a roll instead of already in a tin.

- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 2 cups chopped cauliflower
- 1 cup frozen peas and carrots
- ¼ cup all-purpose flour
- ⅓ cup heavy cream, divided
- 2 cups low-sodium chicken broth
- 1 ½ cups shredded cooked chicken or turkey
- 1 store-bought pie crust (thawed if frozen)
