Cola Marinated Sirloin Steak
This simple sirloin steak marinade uses cola and other ingredients commonly found in your pantry and refrigerator. If desired, heat remaining marinade to a boil and drizzle over the steak when done, or use it as a dipping sauce.

- 1 cup cola-flavored carbonated beverage
- ½ cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon prepared horseradish (optional)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 2 pounds sirloin steak
