Cheesy Corned Beef Hash Casserole
A baked casserole version of corned beef hash, layered with cheese, potatoes, and eggs. Great for brunch or make-ahead breakfasts.
Ingredients
- 1 (12 ounce) package egg noodles
- 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1 (15 ounce) can corned beef hash 1 small onion, diced
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 pound processed cheese, cubed
