Busy Day Ham Bake
A quick and easy one-dish bake combining ham, pasta or rice, cheese, and veggies — ideal for hectic weeknights.
Ingredients
- 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cheddar cheese soup, undiluted 1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 cup cubed fully cooked ham 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup dry bread crumbs
- 1 tablespoon butter or margarine, melted
