Bread Machine Challah
This bread machine challah recipe is absolutely delicious. I use a 2-pound bread machine to make the challah dough. It freezes well.
Ingredients
- 1 cup warm water
- ½ cup white sugar
- ½ cup vegetable oil
- 2 large eggs, room temperature
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 ½ teaspoons salt
- 4 cups bread flour
- 2 ¼ teaspoons bread machine yeast
- 1 large egg
- 1 tablespoon water
