Beef Cannelloni Bake
Tender beef mixed with cheese, wrapped in pasta tubes, baked with tomato sauce and melted cheese for a hearty Italian-inspired casserole.

- 8 ounces lean ground beef 2 carrots, chopped
- 1/2 stalk celery, chopped 1/2 onion, chopped
- 10 ounces fresh spinach, washed and chopped
- 1 1/4 teaspoons salt
- 1 1/4 teaspoons ground black pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil 1 cup dry white wine
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream 1 cup chopped tomatoes
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese 2 teaspoons italian seasoning
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil 1 (14.5 ounce) can stewed tomatoes

- 2 cloves garlic, chopped 1 onion, chopped
