Beef and Broccoli
A Chinese takeout favorite with tender beef and crisp broccoli stir-fried in a soy-garlic sauce. Fast, flavorful, and best with steamed rice.
Ingredients
- 1 pound boneless beef sirloin steak or beef top round steak 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 (10.75 ounce) can campbell's® condensed tomato soup (regular or 25% less sodium)
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper 3 cups fresh or frozen broccoli flowerets
- 4 cups hot cooked rice
